The hotel is located a short distance away from the nearest train station, which can be covered on foot. the staff is helpful and welcoming, despite language barriers. the personal onsen in the room is a huge plus, providing a relaxing and private experience. the food is prepared beautifully and of excellent quality, making meal times something to look forward to.
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service arriving by train.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was. Even though their English skills were limited, they made an effort to communicate with us through their phones. The personal onsen in our room was definitely the best aspect of our stay. It was incredibly relaxing and provided a unique experience that we wouldn't have had elsewhere. Additionally, the food at this hotel was excellent and beautifully served, making our Xmas dinner an unforgettable experience.
One thing I didn't like about this hotel was the lack of a free shuttle service from the train station. We had to walk from the station to the hotel, which was not ideal with our luggage and was tiring after a long journey. It would have been much more convenient if they had offered a shuttle service for guests.

During my New Year stay, I absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff. They went out of their way to communicate with us, even using their phones to help translate. The private onsen was top-notch, offering a relaxing and tranquil escape. The food was impeccable, served with careful attention to detail. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get around the area.
The walk from the train station to the hotel was a bit of a hike. A free shuttle service would have been helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier, they used their phones to translate for us. The personal onsen in our room was relaxing and convenient. The breakfast served was excellent and beautifully presented. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Not obvious to find certain amenities in this hotel.
